In 2024, property selling prices will remain at 2023 levels in three regions of the Republic of Cyprus, while they will rise in two others. Regarding rentals, in Limassol, prices will continue to rise and will be twice as high as in Nicosia, Larnaca, and Paphos, and three to four times higher than in the free territories of Famagusta.
