The Twisted Tower, the first in Cyprus and one of 34 in the world, will be completed at Ayia Napa Marina in May 2023. Its height is 110 meters. The residential tower will have 95 one to four-bedroom luxury apartments and penthouses on the top two floors with 360-degree panoramic views. According to the Marina developer, 90% of the apartments in the tower have already been sold.
Twisting Torso in Malmö, Sweden by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava was the first building of its kind, completed in 2005. Currently, there are 34 twisted buildings under construction or commissioned in 25 countries on five continents, ranging in height from 84 to 632 meters.
The East Twisted Tower is located next to the marina’s shopping mall and restaurants including L’Atelier Robuchon, Le Deli Robuchon, and Le Sundeck Robuchon. On the third floor, an infinite pool with an open-air bar will be created. The western tower, which is also included in the Ayia Napa Marina project, will be built later.
